We have really enjoyed our sign, and we are really glad that we decided to purchase it. Since we have not really had it up and running very long, it’s hard to say how much it has really boosted our sales, but we have had numerous comments on it. Everyone seems to be very impressed with it, as are we. I apologize for taking so long to send this to you, but we have been very busy, and we consider that a very good thing!!
Well, you were right. We love the new sign. The neighbors must, too – while we were installing it, we heard clapping coming from around the street! When we turned around, there they were, on their porch, each holding a big “Thumbs up” sign, and smiles on their faces.
The reader board feature fits us perfectly. We put up our first message – “Fishermen with boats wanted - $45 and up,” and we started getting fishermen with boats! Coincidence? Price? Hard to tell. On the other side, we could tell our customers that we had kitchens and pets. Very versatile and easy to change. I am glad we decided on that feature.
We noticed an increase in late night customers. It is early winter, and we can get guests as late as 9 pm, where before, our business started to taper off as the sun set. The visibility is great. It looks so professional and easy to spot that we are in the business of helping people really enjoy their time away from home. I’m enclosing the survey sheet, and I’ve got to tell you – It must really be an eye-catcher. Most all of the new people surveyed said the sign alerted them of an eating place. But even the few that were looking to find us because someone had told them about us said the sign was what they noticed first.
