2009 Signtronix Gold Medalist Lance P and his Trailblazers have found the secret to success... blaze your own trails with the knowledge and experience of Signtronix Legends. This was an amazing year for Lance and his team. Lance's excitement for the business coupled with his natural ability as a leader make achieving #1 Region in Volume seem like a walk on the beach. We know differently. Lance is one of the hardest working Managers in the company and his immense efforts shine through each and every month.
Lance grew up at Signtronix. His father, Roger P, started with Gulf in 1965. Lance was born in California but moved with his family to Texas when he was very young. Today he calls Fort Worth his home. Lance and his beautiful wife, Melissa, have two sons, Lance Jr. And Austin. His strong sense of family helps create great cohesion at home and within his Region.
Lance started with Signtronix in 1995 and became a Regional Manager in 1997. Since that time, the Trailblazers have been a competitive team. He has been on every incentive trip and won numerous Bonus Signs.
Lance is a dedicated Manager who continually guides his region with a gentle hand. He is well respected not only by his region but by the entire country. Everyone at the home office appreciates working with Lance. His kind demeanor and invigorating sense of humor make any situation fun. He is always ready to do whatever is needed to help out and get the job done.
The entire Clan has been a strong and important asset to the history and success of Signtronix. There is only more to come from Lance P.
